Send us a listing link or tell us the vehicle you require. We engage the South African dealership or seller, obtain transaction information and coordinate the approved purchase.
Vehicle Purchase and Collection
Once the quotation and purchase are approved, our operations team coordinates payment confirmation, vehicle release, key and document collection, and movement into the export process.
Export Documentation and Compliance
We prepare and coordinate the documents required for the lawful export of the vehicle from South Africa, ensuring that the vehicle, customer and destination details are correctly aligned.
VAT-Saving Arrangement
For qualifying exports, Cape2Coast Auto applies an agreed exporter VAT benefit to the customer quotation, subject to the transaction terms and export requirements.
Cross-Border Transport and Delivery
We arrange transport to the agreed border, port or destination and provide progress updates from collection through handover.
Optional Verification and Inspection
Where required, we verify the vehicle, seller and documents and arrange a condition or independent mechanical inspection before purchase. This supports the export decision but does not replace our core role as exporter.

Share the link, quotation or vehicle specifications together with your destination country and preferred delivery point.

Receive an Export Quotation
We prepare a clear quotation covering the vehicle, VAT saving where applicable, documentation, insurance, inspection if selected, and transport or border delivery.

Approve Verification or Proceed Directly
Choose an optional inspection, or proceed without one when you are satisfied with the vehicle or already have a relationship with the dealership.

Purchase and Collect
After approval and confirmed funds, we coordinate the transaction, collect the vehicle and receive the available keys and dealership documents.

Prepare the Export
Our team coordinates export documents, customs requirements, transport booking and vehicle handover.

Export and Deliver
